ano po karaniwang tinatanong kapag sinabing in house interview?

this week po kase may interview ako pupuntahan, mag aaply ng trabaho. 1st time ko lang po kase sa ganito. any tips naman po para makapag prepare ako. btw taga probinsya kase ako e balak ko mag apply sa BPO, kaya need ko lang ng clue if ano po karaniwang tinatanong sa in house interview, or same na ba ito sa initial interview?
