Closed Unlock sun wifi from postpaid

Hi im a newbie here and may I ask for anybody's help on how can I unlock my sun pocket wifi? And may I know if meron ba ditong nakakaalam ng mga free net or yung internet bug na mura? Papa advise din ako f what sim ang magandang gamitin.
