To unblocked sun sim:

1. Load your sun sim 100 pesos.

2. Text ROAM ON to 222.

3. Wait for the reply:
Your roaming service has been successfully activated. Please maintain at least P100 load while roaming abroad. Sun Prepaid Roaming service is available in U.S., China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Macau. Remember to send ROAM OFF to 222 when you return to the Philippines. Call hotline 200 for more info. Thank you!

4. Turn on data. See the H+/3g/4g signal above the notifications. You can now use your data and vpn.
It wont charge your regular load.
You can turn off your roaming if you want.

This is 100% working but the disadvantage is your sim can be blocked again.
