Practice ka papss, experience yung magdadala sayo to become an expert. Tsaka kung sa utak, may anxiety din ako jan lalo na sa public speaking hehe di ako magaling mah english. Pero I think practice lang talaga makakatulong jan. Tsaka eat healthy foods at sleep well. It has significant effect in our mental health. Good relationships din, try to hangout sometimes with good people, talk to your friends or family. Lastly is enjoy lang paps, pressure ka lang siguro sa work. Kaya mo yan!
