Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble booting up after upgrading your RAM. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue together.

First, I would recommend removing the new RAM sticks and reinstalling the old ones to see if the issue persists. This will help us determine if the problem lies with the new RAM or with something else.

If your system boots up fine with the old RAM, it's possible that the new RAM sticks are not compatible with your motherboard or CPU. To confirm this, check your motherboard's manual or the manufacturer's website to see if it supports 1866MHz RAM. Additionally, verify if your CPU supports higher RAM speeds. It's important to ensure that your hardware is capable of running the new RAM modules.

If your motherboard and CPU are compatible with the new RAM, try installing only one stick of the new RAM at a time. This will help you identify if one of the new RAM sticks is faulty. Test each stick individually by booting up your system with only one stick installed. If one stick causes issues while the other works fine, it's likely that the problematic stick is defective and needs to be replaced.

Another thing to consider is updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version. Sometimes, newer RAM modules require a BIOS update to work properly. Visit the ASRock website and download the latest BIOS version for your specific motherboard model. Follow the instructions provided to update the BIOS, but be cautious as updating the BIOS can be risky if not done correctly.

Lastly, verify that the RAM sticks are properly seated in the DIMM slots. Make sure they are firmly inserted and latched. Sometimes, improper installation can cause boot issues.

If none of these steps resolve the problem, it might be worth considering contacting the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your hardware configuration.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue and get your system running smoothly with the new RAM. Good luck, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
