SKL ko lang po bill namin kay PLDT under Plan 1699

This! So nagrequest kayo ng temporrary disconnection? Kaya lang, verbal lang ang usapan, via phone call pa yata? Never ever trust any verbal agreements. Dapat may written request letter yan, with a receiving copy na maitatago mo for future proofs if something like this happens.
Nakatanggap naman po kami ng emails regarding dyan po

Statement Date: Every 12th of the month
Due Date: Every 5th of the month


Calculation for Due Date:

Due Date = Statement Date of the next month - 7 Days

For example:
Statement date of the next month is August 12 (This is for July Bill)

Due Date = August12 - 7 Days (This is for July Bill)
Due Date = August 5 (This is for July Bill)


YOUR NORMAL BILLING CYCLES:
Billing Cycle for July: July12-August11 (Due Date: August 5)
==> No Bill (Temp Disconnection)

Billing Cycle for August: August12-September11 (Due Date: September 5)
Billing Cycle for September: September12-October11 (Due Date: October 5)

Now, since June 14 to August 1 lang ang temporary disconnection mo, hindi na naisama yung pang August at September bill mo.
Also, since hindi 1699 yung August bill mo ay dahil August 15 ka nagpa-reconnect, so billing cycle mo for August ay August15-September11. Therefore, hindi buong 1699 ang nai-credit sa bill mo for August.

Ang alam ko kasi, iko-convert muna siya to daily by dividing your regular monthly bill by 31 days then imu-multiple siya sa kung ilang days ang nagamit.


1699 / 31 = 54.81
54.81 * 28 (number of days from August15-September11) = 1534.68

Baka maputulan ka. Also, yung mga sinabi kong info, yun lang din yung pagkakaintindi ko sa pinaliwanag din sa akin ng agent na nakausap ko. (Mahilig kasi talaga ako magtanong-tanong tungkol sa subscription ko). Mas mabuting i-clarify mo yan kay PLDT mismo. (Call 171, press 1, then press 2 for billing concern).
Or personally visit their branch sa area niyo para mas ma-explain nila ng mabuti.

tama to TS. pwede mo bayaran muna yung last month. then wag mo lang kalimutan bayaran yung bill mo this month hanggang oct 5. putulin agad nila yan. dyan mabilis si pldt eh magputol ng linya.haha

Ganun talaga TS ginamit mo naman yan. So ang need mong bayaran na bill is Aug to Sept(due Sept 5), then yung current mo na sept to Oct (Due Oct 5) pwede mo bayaran sa Oct 5 na para hindi mabigat. Bayaran mo na agad yung Isang bill dahil mas bibigat yan pag hindi mo binayaran. Take note, kahit idisconnect ka ni PLDT dahil sa hindi pagbabayad ng bill.tatakbo pa rin yung billing mo kahit wala kang connection. so better pay or request for official disconnection.
 
Huwag mo na bayaran yan, wala pang nakulong dahil sa hindi pagbayad ng internet boss naka dalawang pldt connection na kami at dalawang skycable skyfiber..hindi kami nagbabayad pero hindi kami nakulong, pero blacklisted na pangalan at apelyido 🤣

Wrong practice. Sana lang di ka masanay at maadik sa ganyang kalakaran dahil pag nagkataon baka sa kulungan ka na pulutin. (in general po ito, hindi ISP plans, kundi lahat ng utang, banks included)

Ako personally, ayaw na ayaw kong tumatalikod sa responsibilidad na pinasok ko.
Kung kayo, kaya niyo, edi go. Buhay niyo naman yan. Ang sa akin lang, paalala lang. Gaya nga ng sabi ko kanina, huwag mong sanayin na laging tumtakbo sa responsibilidad na pinasok mo. Baka kasi bukas-makalawa, nasa kulungan ka na.
