During our initial conversation you’ve mentioned that the event is Seminar with the theme of “MENTAL
HEALTH AWARENESS” on March 09, 7:30am to 5:00pm 2023 with the total of Eighty (200)
participants to be held in Hotel Consuelo located at Sta Rosa, Nueva Ecija with the budget allocation of
three hundred thousand pesos (350,000 ). Rest assured that Eventive Company will take full
responsibility on the things and services that you event requires from planning and conceptualizing down
the execution.
