Like for example I am in Canada and would like to access US Netflix and Hulu? Bale, the only purpose the VPN will serve is to bypass geoblocks. Saka po baka may mairerecommend kayong VPS that can bypass US Netflix? I've done some research, di nag-wowork ung Vultr, Digital Ocean and HostUs.

Sa process NO. It's easier to bypass geoblocking. As per tests gumagana lahat yan sa Middle East. Wala akong data, pero may mga friends ako na nasa ME na gumagamit ng server ko, even shadowsocks is working out there. PM mo ako kung gusto mo magtest sa other areas via your contacts, bigyan kita test accounts.
