You may ask for their settings and it will work but sometimes their settings will not apply to your location.
Location is an issue but you can do something about it. On the first page there is a list of Proxy Servers and Real Proxy Servers. Mix match them until you get a good connection for your location.

carbon11 A signal bar even when full does not always mean your 3g is also strong.
Try doing the mix and matching it will really help.
Our vpn works best on regular sims.

aliasjane You will need to start on the Philippines. When you get disconnected immediately jump to regions/servers for a fresh set. Repeat the method again and again and restart. It will not be a problem if you don't achieve the Germany region at once, you will still have a good connection from other regions for every session. It will take days.
And to make your connection better for your location, you can do this:

It is complete with instructions, handler settings for the sim use and the download links are provided. You probably just saw a spoiler, it is a bonus for established members. In time you will be able to see that...you just need to be an established member.
