Please recommend some remedies or solution for insomnia.

Reason for asking: I've been spending days without sleep recorded so far by 8 days streak and I've been seeing some stuff and I'm afraid to get professional help due to financial problems.
 
Dypenhydramine, ginagamit ko sya for allergy pero papatulugin ka nya talaga, over the counter sya, you can check with your doctor din naman
 
much better before ka matulog do some heavy stuff like walking just to make yourself tired tho yes pwede naman mga sleeping pîlls but much better kung ask for professional help or iwas ka nalang din sa mga gamot gamot may malaking possibility hindi kana tatablan ng epekto dahil ung cells mo sa katawan ngdevelop ng immunity sa kadahilanang dependent kana sa gamot. Kaya may partner kahit may slight allergy at panay achi ng achi ayaw nya pa din uminom ng anti-histamine, Baka maging dependent sya at mgrely sa heavy dose. Kaya pinapahinga nya nalang sarili nya.

Actually sir I've been active in the gym po for the past few months na then recently lang ako nagkaron ng problems with my sleeping schedule as the opinions and statements of the others po I will openly try to ask for any advice after consulting a health care professional the reason why I ask for remedies if ever na meron po such as other things to do to help me fall asleep is due to the same reason na ayoko din maging dependent sa gamot due to liver issues din hahahahaha thanks for the advices anyway hope you have a nice day
 
Change lifestyle. Dapat active ka physically during daytime para nagagamit mo yung stored energy mo at napapagod ka. Tapos wag mag-kape o mag-take ng anything na mentally-stimulating. Wag ka din naiidlip sa araw. Gawin mong gabi lang talaga ang tulog mo hanggang sa mag-adjust yung body clock mo. Kumain-kain ka rin ng saging o uminom-inom ng gatas anytime bago matulog.

yes sir, good choice po kaysa maging dependent sa gamot. Kung maari natural remedies lang dapat para healthy. Tsaka relax and clear your mind sir lang sir,wag mag-isip ng kung anu-ano. Mas lalala lang yung dinadamdam nyo

Tama. Sobrang sama maging dependent sa gamot. For 3 years naging dependent ako sa antihistamine kasi akala ko severe allergy lang yun pala yung gamot na nagiging cause. Kung di ko pa nabasa antihistamine withrawal sa internet di ko na tinigil.

at first parang di rin ako naniwala pero yes totoo at may study, Mas malala kung at early age nagstart kanang uminom ng mga ganyang klaseng gamot pagdating mo sa mid 30s parang di na tumatalab yung gamot kaya no choice ka kundi damihan mo na yung dosage para umepekto yung gamot

Make yourself busy sa araw para mapagod ang katawan mo sa gabi then bago matulog inom ka ng chamomile tea
 
ginawa ko nyan dati nag uninstall ako lahat ng social media app, then exercise sa gabi 2 hrs before sleep. Playlist ko mga rain sounds sa spotify then di ako naka earphone, loudspeak na mahina lang. ayun ok naman.
