Pedicab Drivers Association Management System. This is a 4th year Capstone Project.

Platform: Web
Languages: PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS
Users Type: Administrator, Applicants, Members/Driver
Third Party Used: PHP Mailer, Bootstrap
Inclusions: Free Revisions, Flowchart, Graphs, Database, Source Code

Our capstone projects undergo thorough dry runs, ensuring the quality of the final outcome.

FEATURES

Admin:

  1. Manage Applicants:
    • View List of Applicants including their details. View their status like Pending Email Verification, Email Verified, Waiting for Approval, Denied
    • Account approval/denial for the applicants before they can access the applicant dashboard
    • Delete Applicants. Deleted & Denied Applicants will be moved to Archived table
    • Add/Update Applicants Manually
    • Print Report - it will print the entire table based on the current active tab (Applicants/Archived)

  2. Manage Members:
    • View List of Members/Drivers including their details
    • Delete Members
    • Add/Updated Members Manually
    • Print Report - it will print the entire table

      Manage Pedicab Units:
    • Can assign Pedicab units to a member/driver
    • Can assign Pedicab No., Color, Description, Images, Type
    • Can Edit/Delete Pedicab Unit

      Manage Complaints:
    • Can add complaints to a member/driver
    • This include Complain Title, Complainant, Complain Description, Date Happened, Proof
    • Can Edit/Delete Complaints. View/Edit the status like On-going, Resolved, Closed and Date Filled

      Manage Requested Documents:
    • Can request documents to a member/driver
    • View uploaded requested documents by member
    • This include Document Title, Document Description, Requested By, Requested Date
    • Can Edit/Delete Requested Documents. View/Edit the status like On-going, Uploaded, Rejected, Closed

  3. Manage Admin:
    • View List of Admins including their details.
    • Delete Admins. Deleted & Denied Admins will be moved to Archived table
    • Add/Update Admins Manually
    • Print Report - it will print the entire table based on the current active tab (Admin/Archived)

  4. Manage Requirements:
    • View List of Requirements including the details.
    • Delete Requirements
    • Add/Update Requirements Manually. Added Requirements will be used for the applicants to upload.
    • This include Requirements Name, Requirement Description, Document Priority, Document Type

      Manage Uploaded Documents:
    • View List of Uploaded documents/requirements by applicants
    • Approve or Deny/Resubmit the uploaded documents by validating
    • Set Schedule for the applicants to show up/walk in after validating all of the requirements. It will then generate a pending membership invoice for the applicant to use and show on their walk in
    • Print Report - it will print the entire table

  5. Manage Manage News and Announcements:
    • View List of Manage News and Announcements including the details.
    • This include Announcement Title, Announcement Description, Venue, Date, Time
    • Delete Announcement
    • Add/Update Announcement Manually.

Applicants:

  1. Dashboard:
    • View Current Applicant ID, Application Status, Email, Application Date
    • View Notifications such as the status of the documents, assigned schedule, etc.
    • View your assigned schedule date, and schedule time
    • View the generated pending membership invoice

  2. You will received an email once your schedule has been set

  3. My Requirements:
    • View List of the Requirements added by Admin
    • Upload/Reupload and View your documents/requirements
    • Add/Updated Members Manually
    • Print Report - it will print the entire table

  4. You will received an email once your account has been approved or denied by Admin


Members:

  1. Dashboard:
    • View Announcements

  2. My Account:
    • View Personal Information, Account Settings, Complaints

      Personal Information:
    • Can change profile picture. View Membership Status and Pedicab Unit #
    • View your name, birthday, age, address, email, phone number

      Account Settings:
    • Change your password by providing the current password, assign and confirm your new password.

      My Complaints:
    • View your complaints added by Admin. This include Complain Title, Complainant, Complain Description, Date Happened, Date Filled, Proof and Status

  3. My Documents
    • View Uploaded Documents, Requested Documents

      Uploaded Documents:
    • View the documents/requirements that you upload during applications.

      View Requested Documents:
    • View the documents that was requested by the admin to you
    • This include Document Title, Document Description, Requested By, Requested Date, Date Filled, Status, Document File
    • Can upload requested documents

  4. Announcements

Login and Registration:

  • Register/Apply as an applicant
  • Email OTP Verification for register
  • Mobile Number and Email Validations
  • Login by email and password
  • Forgot password. An email will be sent to your email address for password reset

Hello po! Pwede po makahingi ng titles po huhu. I'm a 3rd Year student of BSIT po. Wala pa po kasi akong napipili na title po huhu.
