Steps

3. Right click GUI at the taskbar ~> Choose server
4. Right click GUI at the taskbar again ~> then check "Enable System Proxy"
5. Go

2. Check "Allow Clients from LAN" if an application ( ss_privoxy.exe ...) ask for rights. then click "Allow Access"
