First of all, they are a nutrient-dense food. They contain high-quality protein, meaning eggs offer all nine essential amino acids that can't be made by humans and therefore must come from our diets. kapag kakain ka raw ng kahit 1 egg/day ay maganda na raw ito sa atin paps.

matagal na rin akong kumakain ng egg araw2x. minsan umaabot pa ako ng 7egg pero madalas 3. pero sa susunod gagawin ko nalang 2-1 per day max

pero masama naman po yung sobra diba po??



tsaka anong mas ok na egg paps, yung boiled or fried??
 
lagi akong nagscramble, pero ang mantika na ginagamit ko ay mamahalin yung olive oil. hindi ko alam gaano karami ang masama pero para safe maganda nga 2max per day,

mas healthy pa rin ang boiled egg. medyo bata pa kasi ako nag-eenjoy na muna ako sa scrambled egg :D

maganda rin sa diet 90calories lamang ang 1 egg, at sobrang raming protien na siya tapos feeling mo full ka lagi kapag nag-almusal ka ng egg




tip ng body builder, if di ka sure pwede mo naman 1 egg tapos ang iba ay egg white na lahat.

pwede ka kasing kumain ng egg-white unlimited

pero good cholesterol naman ang yolk kaya kinakain ko na lahat :D

kaya pala yung gf ko kapag kumakain kame hindi pweding hindi sya kakain ng egg, ako kasi kaya ayaw ko sabi nila masama naman daw yun kaya hindi ako nakakakain na, ngayun mali pala ako hahaha thanks ulit paps :)
