Mga Bossing may Lenovo Ideapad 320-15ISK boot problem po ako, di ko po alam kung paano sya ifixed, patulong naman po dyan ng mga knowledge nyo po, Stuck sya sa windows 10 logo, kung minsan sa Preparing for Repairs, pero di sya nagtutuloy as in stuck lang po sya dun.
Ito po mga troubleshooting steps na ginawa ko na po.
1. Set BIOS to default baka kasi may nagalaw na settings - pero ganun pa din po boot issue
2. Boot via USB Flash drive that has windows 10 installer - ganun din po stuck din sa blinking cursor
3. Remove HDD then boot from flash drive - ganun din po stuck din sa blinking cursor
3. Remove built-in keyboard and used usb keyboard and boot from usb flash drive - ganun din po stuck din sa blinking cursor
4. Remove built-in keyboard and used usb keyboard and boot from HDD - stuck at windows 10 logo, kung minsan sa preparing for repair
5. Download latest bios image the Flash BIOS, boot from HDD stuck at windows 10 logo, kung minsan sa preparing for repair
6. Boot via USB Flash drive that has windows 10 installer - ganun din po stuck din sa blinking cursor (after flashing bios)
7. Used a brand new 2.5 HDD seagtae HDD 500GB and replace the old existing
7. Used another USB Flash drive that has UBUNTU - after selecting run live ubuntu, stuck at blinking cursor
8. Used another USB Flash drive that has Windows 11 installer - stuck at Windows 11 logo (Take note: Gumagana yung installer ko pag sa PC ko po nilalagay no issues sa boot)
9. Yung Lenovo Ideapad 320-15ISK has a built-in 4GB ram, although may extra slot.
10. Added extra 4GB memory sa slot, then boot the laptop, memory is detected and good. Pero upon boot ganun pa din po yung issue.
11. Check and clean the laptop CPU, replace the thermal paste at malinis naman po yung heat sink at exhaust fan po nya.
12. Also tried removing the BIOS battery to reset the BIOS pero ganun pa din po.
13. NO sign of overheating sa mga parts ng laptop
