Closed Laptop ram upgrade

Hi,

What's the price range in upgrading a laptop RAM. Possible 8GB DDR3. Any suggestion of what shop should I visit? I have an Acer laptop.

Sir ng punta ako ng EasyPC hindi daw sila ng uupgrade ng RAM ng laptop. Desktop lang daw hinahandle nila.

Check your laptop first if the RAM is integrated or not. Some laptop RAMs are integrated (like my mothers laptop) so there is no way you can upgrade that. If you notice a removable ram stick (after opening the back) then remove and bring it to the store so they can assess what upgrade is compatible to your unit. You can also bring your laptop with you if its light or not much of a hassle. Good luck.
