Tama TS. Nung nagpa KYC tayo sa GCash, binigay natin ung info natin, picture and/or a live video in some cases, a valid ID is also required. Yung sa Maya ganun din, pati sa Coins PH ganun din. Ung nakakakita ng mga details natin madalas mga agents and representatives. They need our info in order for us to use their services. Ganun din nung mag open tayo ng Binance accounts, they require our info in order to give us additional access to a number of features. We need to read, understand and accept their Terms of Service (Terms and Conditions) para magkaroon tayo ng access. I guess ganun din ung kailangan nating gawin once we register our sim cards. Other people see it beneficial while others don't because of privacy issues. We may all agree na wala naman pilitan magpa register but the question is, magagamit kaya natin ung service nila if hindi tayo nag agree dun sa Terms of Service nila? Well sa akin, I'll register and opt in to further use their services after ko mabasa ung complete IRR. If I see some irregularities or data breach (wag naman sana), I bet may nakalatag na fine print dun sa TOS nila wherein we can file a complaint or a case sa proper forum (probably bayaran ka nila if it has caused you damages financially or emotionally). Busisiin nating mabuti ung IRR once ilabas na, then we can decide.mas mabuti na sumunod na lang tayo kesa sa sumuway.
I clicked the link doon sa NTC site re IRR but the webpage says the post has been moved.
