Closed Http proxy injector for wifi

How do I get the Http Proxy Injector for PC to recognize my Globe Tattoo wifi connection?

It has a dial-up option, but the Globe Tattoo is not listed in there and the program says that it is offline. I am trying to use an .hpi file, but I am confused on how to get this working.
