sa phone ba ask mo? if android phone na may TETHERING CAPABILITY. Pwedeng Pwede yan. pero suggest ko USB tether nlng gamitin mo sa laptop o sa pc mo.. tapos kung may wifi device ka un ang ipashare mo ng connection pra hindi hati ang speed ng connection mo sa phone.
