lets talk about the one and only power lifter olympic medalist hidilyn diaz
remember nung sya ay underdog palang and almost lahat endeavors nya eh talagang
hindi umaabot, but with her 1time bigtime win sa power lifting eto na.
here's the controversial question.

is Hidilyn Diaz way too over-rated lately? to the point na you know --> abusado na masyado?
she won the best prizes any players could even ever imagine!

now yes desserve nya naman lahat yan actually pero / lately she's asking for another training funds daw for her and her team yata which is kinda sus.
coach fee / food / travel ~ sobrang malayo sa katotohanan neto sa comparison pero as a sporty myself let me use this as a comparison
sa mga elementary and secondary schools wherein mga teachers yung mismong coach. eh hindi sila binabayaran ng tinatawag na coach fee,
wala din silang free incentives pag nanalo yung mga bata, unless nalang sa private school ka nag tuturo or what, bukod sa pictures and accommodation lang sa palarong pambansa for like what? a few days.. sagot pa nila pang gastos nila.

another example would be a brgy. level coach, mga tropa mismo ng mga tito/kuya mga handler ng mga brgy. teams, diba sa inter baranggay may mga handler yan,
magkano den share nila bago sumabak sa mga inter color games, may fee ba sila? i dont know. last laro namen wala naman kameng binayarang coach fee, pero
kargo namen yung jersey.

nasa recession tayo, why not kung expensive na masyado yung player eh wag nang i draft for another play? madame namang ibang player na desserving siguro out there here sa pinas na hindi nabibigyan ng break diba? nasaan ang love sa mga ganyan? correct me if im wrong here. madameng sporty sa pinas not to mention other not well known sports, madame ding deserving players - na unsung in their crafts. hindi ba parang sobra naman yata yung ganyan?.

Sabi nga sa article, need niya ng team. Yes, she probably can fund the expenses herself ng pagbuo ng team which is super expensive since 1-2 years and need niyang preparation and will probably need to find ATLEAST 5 person from coach to sports psychologist etc. which is not libre btw kagaya sa liga na sinasalihan mo.

but the question is, IS SHE SUPPOSE to fund her own training expenses to COMPETE and REPRESENT HER COUNTRY? No.

Also, it doesnt matter if Hidilyn is rich, Even if she's a trillionaire, may pondo dapat ang gobyerno sa athletes natin.

Yes nasa recession ang bansa pero sobrang daming funds na napupunta sa kung saan-saan lang

Gets mo naman pala ts. na madaming deserving na hindi nabibigyan ng pansin dito sa bansa. Ano ba ang deserving na athlete para sayo ts? Yung magaling na Underfunded? Yung di demanding sa expenses?

hindi naman over rated. pero dahil stiff ang competition sa weightlifting, she just want to be competitive hanggang kaya pa. hindi naman na din bata to si hidilyn.
ung last na panalo niya sa olympics halos dikit lang din yun.

so i guess, sa mga ganitong sports mejo mas mapagtuunan nalang talaga ng pondo
