Closed Help... need a reliable alternative for psiphon (for pc)

trying out psiphon for pc i downloaded from a site, but somehow it cannot connect. no idea what happened but would greatly appreciate your recommendation for an alternative software or if somebody kind enough to send me his tut.

You can download Psiphon 3 for PC. It works Awesome for me.
