We at Afghanistan have slow and high cost internet,
Operators charge higher than the other neighbor countries.
My Operator has an IP with https port 8080 eg: https:x.x.x.x:8080 which accessable freely without any charges,
Is there any way to route all internet traffic through it and access internet freely.
