It is evident that they both like each other. They kissed in the manga. Jellal thinks he's not good enough for Erza, so he lies and tells her that he has a fiance. Erza is aware of this and calls him a "bad liar".
Evergreen & Elfman:
These two obviously like each other. It is hinted many times in both anime and manga. They're too tsundere to admit it.
Happy & Carla/Charles
LOL. I have no idea why these two aren't a couple yet but it's obviously bound to happen by the end of the series.

Juvia & Gray:
Juvia's love is rather one-sided, however it is shown in recent chapters and episodes that Gray is starting to care more about Juvia. Also they're compatible with each other (water +ice). This pairing may happen in the future.
Juvia & Lyon:
Lyon's love is one-sided. I'm not sure if this pair is canon since this is only shown in the anime's recent filler arcs, creating a love triangle between Juvia, Gray and Lyon.

Gray & Lucy:
It is revealed when Gemini takes on Gray's form and scans his memories that he finds Lucy "pretty damn cute" and that he is somewhat interested in her. And at Erza's funeral, Lucy was crying and hugging Gray.

It is hinted a few times that Gray has a crush on Erza. Erza on the other hand treats him like a brother.
Natsu & Lucy:
It is hinted a LOT that Natsu and Lucy are most likely going to be a couple by the end of FT. Hiro Mashima (author) also tends to pair up the main male and female together. It is shown that Lucy might actually have a crush on Natsu, but Natsu is too much of an airhead to notice. It is said that Natsu and Lucy are the closest than anyone in the guild. It is shown in both manga and anime that Natsu also seems to like Lucy but he himself doesn't know this. I read somewhere that Hiro Mashima's favorite pairing is Lucy and Natsu. There are too many hints of this pairing and I can't really be stuffed writing it all down.
Natsu & Lisanna:
Natsu and Lisanna were very close before Lisanna died. They were the "parents" of Happy. Lisanna also asks Natsu (when they were little) if she could be his wife when they grow up, Natsu blushes and says she's being stupid. However, when Lisanna comes back, they haven't had many interactions. It is shown that Natsu and Lisanna aren't as close as they used to be now that Lucy is there. Lisanna supports Lucy and Natsu's friendship and says "Stay close to him. He's stronger when the ones he care about are nearby". This pairing most likely won't be happening in the future since Lisanna isn't even supposed to come back to life. The director really liked Lisanna's character and asked Hiro Mashima to bring her back.
Lucy & Loke:
This pairing is rather complicated. Loke likes Lucy and Lucy blushes whenever she's around Loke. This pairing however is most likely not going to happen in the future since it's a taboo. Loke is a spirit and Lucy is human. At the beginning of FT (especially the Loke Arc) many people thought Lucy would end up with Loke, because of this many people joined the LucyxLoke boat, but as the series progresses their ship is slowly sinking. Many fans have left and joined the NaLu (NatsuxLucy) boat.
Natsu & Erza:
There are a few people who support this pairing since the Tower of Heaven Arc. However, Natsu treats Erza as a Nakama (comrade) and an older sister and Erza treats him as a younger brother just like Gray. Erza, Natsu and Gray have an older sister and younger brother relationship. This pairing is most likely not gonna happen.
Loke & Aries:
They both used to be owned by Karen. Loke is also protective of Aries. They seem to share a close bond. This pairing probably has more chance of happening than LokexLucy,
Mirajane & Freed:
Ever since the Fighting Festival Arc/ Laxus Arc, many people have been pairing Mira and Freed. Mira and Freed had a fight, Mira beat Freed and changed him for the better. These two also have a close relationship since then.
Bickslow & Lisanna:
Many people have been ***** pairing these two because of the Thunder God Tribe x Strauss Siblings combination. [EvergreenxElfman, MirajanexFreed, BickslowxLisanna. These two though, have no interaction at all.
