Yes, I still believe na totoo yung sinasabi ng taong ito; there are chances.
*If yung Globe telecom ang nabalitaan at tinanggal nila is IP Addresses na 10.x.x.x or (100.112.x.x up to 100.127.x.x). Alam natin na these IP Addresses ay 'WORKING' sa atin. But if you remember yung one thread dito last year about sa BUG IP Thread which means yung nakuhang IP ADDRESS nung taong gumawa ng thread is hindi 10.x.x.x or (100.112.x.x up to100.127.x.x). According to my experiences more than numerous times na din akong nakakuha ng IP ADDRESS na wala sa 10.x.x.x and (100.112.x.x or 100.127.x.x).
*Sa POSTERN I think nakatay na yung mga proxies for no load na alam natin pero sa iba pang mga VPN like http injector and OpenVPN I think hindi pa nakatay yung mga proxies without load. If we assume na yung IP ADDRESSES na nabanggit ko kanina ay yun lang yung nakatay at HINDI isinama yung mga proxies(require no load just right IP to connect) for other VPN's excluding POSTERN, I think na possible paring gumana.
I hope medyo na inform ko kayo at sana magtulungan ang isa't isa para makahabap ulit ng Free Internet.
