Here is an example of a typical daily food intake for a Filipino working ãdül† in different industries:

1. Office Worker (9 AM - 6 PM):
  • Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal with sliced bananas and drizzled with honey, a cup of brewed coffee with milk.
  • Mid-morning snack: Greek yogurt with mixed berries and a handful of almonds.
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken ****** with steamed vegetables and a serving of brown rice.
