what is CGI proxy exactly and does it still work ??

cgi siya po yong parang tunnel na tumutulong upang makapag access ka ng mga site ng hindi nalalaman ng iba.

The form of CGI proxy is weird most of the time >> how to use or make one that fits
and how to get free internet out of it with psiphon handler and so on
