December 22, 2022, we received a letter from MTRCB Chairman Diorella Maria G. Sotto-Antonio concerning the exhibition of the motion picture entitled Uncharted by AXN on December 25, 2022 (copy of said letter hereto attached).

According to the MTRCB, the said motion picture contains offensive scenes that should be removed prior to exhibition, otherwise, cable television operators broadcasting the same may be held liable for violation of Presidential Decree No. 1986 and other related laws.

In view thereof, the PCTA directs its members to be guided by the attached MTRCB letter and to implement such necessary measures in compliance with law.
