Baka may ma-isuggest po kayo sa akin na running shoes or pang-jogging.
Ano po ba magandang brand ng sapatos na pang-takbo, or pang jogging? Yung budget friendly lang po sana, nagjojogging po ako minsan 8km nonstop, fast to slow jab.

Ay oo nga pala budget pinakamahalaga. Btw anong klaseng training? For 5k, 10k, half or full marathon o sa gym lang like treadmills. Let's see try ko explain isa isa.

Frequency, gaano kadalas tumakbo. May life rin mga sapatos especially for running kasi may wear and tear yan, meaning safe and efficient pa rin dapat sya kapag ginamit lalo na kapag long runs. Ayaw naman natin maputukan ng sapatos sa gitna ng takbo and risk na ma-injured. Kung sa tingin mo di mo naman masyado magagamit sa running yung sapatos choose one na pwede mo ring suotin pamorma or pang everyday use para sulit.

Mileage, distance na nako-covered mo. 10km 50km 100km? kahit ano, sinusukat lang nito kung gaano mo kadalas gamitin yung sapatos, again, may ageing yung sapatos kapag ginamit although maraming factors na nag-ko-contribute dito (I don't want to bore you with the that). Madalas yung midsoles yung apektado kaya kung gusto mo tumagal yung sapatos at di naman na sa-sacrifice yung performance, go for thicker midsoles o mga lightweight foams at pwede ring carbon fiber plates.

Terrain, yung tinatakbuhan mo. Road , concrete o asphalt o grass or sand. Trail running, gubat ba or sa bundok na mabato o maputik o may mga daraanan bang tubig like mga ilog at creeks. Gym, sa treadmills ba at anong klaseng treadmill. Yung tigas ng surface yung kino-consider natin dito. Mas matigas na daan mas mahirap tumakbo, mas kailangan mong mag exert ng force. Example kapag sa kalsada, matigas sya pero mas stable at di ka ma-a-out balance at mas mabilis yung acceleration mo. Sa trail naman na te-test yung joints mo so stability and agility naman as well as decision making.

Purpose, para saan ang pagtakbo. Hobby/recreation lang ba o exercise/health, nagtetraining ka ba for competition or race, for recovery ba o rehabilitation, mga ganun. Of course mas maganda na angkop yung sapatos mo para dito kasi wala naman talagang all around na sapatos laging may mga nasa-sacrifice na features. So choose yung sapatos that check all your box para sulit.

Materials & Technology, materials used, cushioning, springs, aerodynamics, soles, supports at iba pa. This matters lalo na sa race and recovery.

Angle, foot at legs angles. Kino-consider dito yung distribution of weight. Let's say bow legged(sakang) ka, yung legs mo medyo open so may tendency na pa-inward yung paa mo. Hindi nagiging balance yung distribution kapag tumatakbo at nalalagay sa arch at forefoot yung load. Having a shoe na angkop rito mas nadi-distribute evenly yung load at nami-minimize yung chance of injury.

Foot, structure ng paa. Yung shape ng paa mo ay magdi-dictate rin ng shoe type na mas magfi-fit sayo. Malapad ba yung paa mo o makitid, yung instep mo ba malaki, yung arch mo ba mataas o baka flat, yung hinlalaki mo ba malaki o sakto lang. Yung small adjustment para ma-satisfy to ay malaking tulong.

Gait, kung paano ka tumakbo. This is more of a technique and form pero makakatulong rin to sa pag pili kapag inanalyze mo. Gait analysis would really help lalo na kung may discomfort ka while running. Maiidentify mo yung pronation mo, neutral ka ba, supinating o overpronating, then choosing a shoe na magco-compliment dito would minimize yung chance ng injury and would improve your performance.

Stability, yung mga tissue natin and ligaments sa lower body pati joints ang inaasahan natin kapag tumatakbo. Kaya kung feeling mo di ka masyadong stable makakatulong na magkaroon ng tamang support. Dito medyo tricky kasi di talaga ganun kadali masukat kung gaanong support ang kailangan mo kaya maganda na makatry ka ng ibat ibang sapatos para maramdaman mo kung ano yung komportable at mas stable para sayo.

Flexibility, dito naman mostly sa ligaments. Kung mas flexible sila di gaano mata-transfer yung movement ng paa sa tuhod at hita. Kung hindi naman mas kailangan ng support kapag in motion.

Budget, kung afford bakit hindi bumili ng ibat iba para matesting. Kung hindi naman kaya at tight budget, choose the shoe that check most of the box at alam mo na masusulit mo.

brand : reebok , maganda ts sobrang gaan at matibay , naka graduate ako sa training lahat kame naka reebok walng nasira , natakbo kame ng 10km araw araw tapos 3.2km fast kada pft tapos 20km nung graduation run hindi nasira pero napudpod lang syempre di maiwasan
