Based on the screenshot provided by PHC_Jihyo, it seems that Converge is implementing a prevention measure for Republic Act No. 9775.

To all Converge ISP users experiencing issues with PHCorner since April...
Please try using and logging in with the "phcorner.ORG" domain instead of .net.
