  • Caution (Yellow) – 27°C to 32°C
  • Extreme Caution (Orange) – 33°C to 41°C
  • Danger (Red) – 42°C to 51°C
  • Extreme Danger (Dark Red) – 52°C and beyond
Although cooler than the rest of the You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now., PAGASA said it is still possible for people in the Yellow warning to experience fatigue or even heat cramps from prolonged exposure to activity.

Runner-ups for the coolest places are Abucay, Bataan; Baler, Aurora; Casiguran, Aurora; and General Santos City, South Cotabato, all of which have a heat index of 35°C.

In comparison, Pasay City in Metro Manila was at 41°C on that same day. Being in this Red classification puts people at risk for heat strokes.

'Na all tiga Baguio City, hindi naiinitan.

Pag nasa matataas na lugar, doon talaga malamig. Dahil yung mainit na hangin nasa mabababang lugar tulad ng kapatagan. Mas mabigat daw kasi yung mainit na hangin kumpara sa malamig na hangin.

My bad. Nabaliktad pla logic ko.
Heto answer bakit mas malamig sa mas mataas na lugar

The basic answer is that the farther away you get from the earth, the thinner the atmosphere gets. The total heat content of a system is directly related to the amount of matter present, so it is cooler at higher elevations. The heating of the earth itself also plays a role.
