Help Ano pong gagawin para ma fix yung gcash? Lumalabas kasi "Authentication Failed"

Mag-o-one year na kasi na everytime po na naglologin ako sa phone ko, eto yung lumalabas (see attached picture) pero sa ibang phone naman po gumagana at nakakapaglogin naman.

Na try ko na lahat ng troubleshooting suggestions sa google pero ayaw parin.

naka contact na rin po ako pero di parin ayos until now. naka submit na rin ako ng ticket

Yun kasi yung pinaka effective na workaround na ginawa ko. Kasi nag try ako before na clear data at uninstall/install once nag work siya then after a few days balik sa dati. Kung may funds yung account mo better na subukan mo sa cp ng family member mo or friends ganon.
