Hello po 
Ito po yung tutorial about kung pano i save ang video frame by frame gamit yung VLC media player Let's Start.
1. Create New Folder kahit saan mo gusto then doon mo ilagay yung video na gusto ma i extract yung frames.
2. Copy the the path nung nilagyan mo ng video (example: C:\Users\...\Desktop\New Folder)
3. Find VLC media player and run. (Note: wag po mag open ng video)
4. Click tools>preferences sa VLC
5. Then tick "All" sa "Show Settings" na nasa bottom-left po ng nag pop-up na window.
5.Under “Video”, select “Filters”. Tick “Scene video filter”. (Note: I Click po yung Video di po i expand.)
6. Expand “Filters” and select “Scene filter”.
7. Paste the path from earlier into “directory path prefix”.
8. Decide what proportion of the frames you want to export. For example, if you want to export 1 in 12 frames, type “12” in the “recording ratio” box. (Note: Recommend po yung 50 kasi pag below 50 na mag kakasira sira yung mga picture na i gegenerate niya.)
9. Click “save”.
10. Click Media -> Open Video and find your video. Patiently let the whole thing play. (Note: "Play the whole thing para lahat maging picture)
11. Click Tools -> Preferences. Under “show settings”,click “all”. Under “video”, select “filters”. Uncheck “Scene video filter”. Click “save”. This is so that VLC won’t generate thumbnails the next time you play a video.
12. Open the folder you created earlier. The thumbnails should be there.
