ADAWAY v5.6.0 (Android 8.0+)
AdAway blocks those annoying ads from Android third-party free or ρáíd apps.
The original AdAway app was developed by Dominik Schürmann and was removed by Google due to Violation of section 4.4 of the Developer Distribution Agreement (sic!). The real reason it was removed was because the app interfered with Google's ads business - Google weren't making much money because the app blocks all ads not only from Google, but also their affiliates and other ads networks.
Schürmann no longer release an Android package (APK) for AdAway, but he still participate in its development. You can download the source codes in your IDE (Eclipse or Android Studio) and build your own AdAway application if you wish.

Prerequisite requirement:
1. An Android mobile device running Android 8.0 (API Level 26) or later Android versions.

Steps to install the APK:
1. Copy the APK file onto phone's internal SD card using a Wifi program or directly via the phone's USB connection.
2. Use a file manager like (Root Explorer, etc) to browse to location of saved APK file.
3. Tap on APK file to install.
Note: May need to tap "Settings" option when prompted, then follow further instruction onscreen to enable sideloading of the Android package (APK).
