To be honest a lot of people don't really care about their private data but if you do this one is for you, if you use Opera GX or Chrome or any browser owned by Google dump it now and change it because those browsers sell your data without you knowing.

Why you should care?
They collect your data without you knowing, they store it, they sell it. What could possibly go wrong? They could look at your private data and spy on you. Oh, and what if their database is häçked or their affiliates are häçked, your private information will surely be public on the Internet and will be targetted or perhaps blackmail you with your personal information (This is happening in real life).

As a tech guy can't you just use a DNS or firewall to block them?
This will certainly work but it won't be effective because some essential requests for a program to work that those big tech uses require personal information in order to work. But it will certainly reduce the number of trackers.

Untrusted Browsers (Sells your data, dump them now!)
  • Chrome (Owned by Google)
  • Opera
  • Opera GX
  • Vivaldi
  • SRWare Iron
  • Ungoogled Chromium

Trusted
  1. Tor Browser
  2. Brave
  3. Firefox
  4. LibreWolf
  5. Falkon
  6. Waterfox Classic
  7. Iridium Browser
  8. Pale Moon

Sad part is most of those people doesn't know really know about tech that is why they don't know their data is in the market without them knowing.

also the worse part is google advertises chrome as "fast, safe and secure" i repeat, secure which totally isnt. that's why its easy to manipulate people in the world of the internet. I've been a chrome user since 2009 yun nga i really want to not use it back then pero ang hirap nang ilipat lahat ng mga data ko from one browser to another sa tagal ng paggamit ko kay chrome. well it may end kung mawawala na yung support nila for manifest v2 extensions. Goodbye chrome na.

well kung may good antivirus ka at good knowledge in keeping your OS secure ok na rin si chrome. But its not the perfect browser around.

Yes teh exactly the Internet is basically full of deception ang kawawa talaga is yung mga nasa new generation. Ma brainwash sila easily without them knowing, ang Brave po Its basically Chrome pero secure so you can just import your data there.

As for the anti virus It doesn't stop the trackers It simply just protects your system pero hindi rin guaranteed kasi maraming malware ang s†éálthy.

You're using their services "for free" kaya bago mag install and use products take time to read tos or disclaimers para alam mo ano at stake mo when supplying data
