taga tabunok ko minimum speed 1.5mbps. try to change your apn with other apn's. search it here on forums

make sure you have the right APN for the ehi file in this thread... On the http injector ..
may 3 dots on the upper right... choose import... the search for the ehi file you downloaded... open your data connection then click start on the injector...
