Unposted payment and dispute

  1. Gud day po. Dec. 23, 2015 ng mgbayad po ako sa BDO for my Dec. bill. January 10, 2016 ng bigla na lang po nawala ang internet connection ko at dun nalaman ko na disconnected sya due to unpaid bill dahil naipasok ng BDO sa account ng PLDT Co. Ang payment instead sa SMART COMMUNICATION. Jan. 13, 2016 po ng mgsubmit ako ng Request letter to transfer payment, scanned Payment slip at photocopy ng I.D ko sa PLDT para daw po mapost na ung payment ko. Naibalik naman agad ang internet connection ko pero temporary lang pala un. Feb. 10, 2016 tuluyan ng pinutol ang internet connection ko dahil hindi parn pala napopost ung request ko. In short, na BARRED po ang account ko ng 8 araw. They suggest me to pay na lang muna "ulit" para daw maibalik ang internet connection ko dahil nkaplan ako tuloy tuloy ang bill ko kahit na naka BARRED ang account ko. Wow! Wala ako palya sa pagbayad tapos ganun! Parang gus2 sumabog ng tenga ko sa narinig ko. But then Feb. 16, nagbayad na lang muna ako para lang may maipost sa lumalabas na unpaid bill ko. Naibalik na ang internet ko pagtapos ko magbayad uli pero hanggang ngaun wla pa ring response sa unposted payment ko kung ano na ang nangyari. Hindi pa rin naipopost ung 1,299 na ibinayad ko noong Dec. 23, 2015. At dahil nakaopen pa daw ang request ko kaya disapproved ang request ko to dispute sa 8 days na hindi ko nagamit na internet connection. Gnawa ko na lahat ng part ko as subscriber pero wla man paring response until now... Ano po dapat gawin???

  4. Nakausap ko na rin pala ang teller ng BDO and they immediately emailed PLDT for request to debit 1,299 para maitransfer na sa SMART COMMUNICATION ang payment but according to BDO no response from PLDT. Pag bill updated sila pero pag ganito g scenario wala silang pakialam.
     
  5. Ang Smart naman ni BDO bakit sa PLDT pinasok :confused: 3 Months na pala iyan.
    Mahirap talaga ang serbisyo sa mga telco nayan parang pagong lang kung maglakad.
    Ang magagawa lang natin ay magfollow-up sa mga companies involve. pasensya na
    hintay lang tayo. baka merong expert dito sa phcorner na may magandang maipapayo, :D
