There have been lots of queries on how to install Flash Player for Android devices. Every time a new version of Android comes in the market, installation of Flash Player for Android becomes the hot topic of the town.

It is a known fact that getting Flash Player for Android powered devices is very easy and today we are going to assist you on the same. So buckle up guys and get ready for some FLASH!

    Initial preparation
First of all, ensure that the check box for installation of apps from “Unknown resources” is enabled in the Settings of your Android device. This is due to the reason that Google Play Store doesn’t allow you to download and install Flash Player from there. Also, make it a point to disable this check box once you are done with the installation of this app on your device.

    Follow the steps:

    1. In your device, open “Settings” and go to “Security”.
    2. Under “Device administrators”, enable the “Unknown resources” check box.
    3. Once you are done with this step, the actual installation process begins.
    Downloading Flash Player
Though Flash Player was removed by Adobe a long time ago from the Google Play Store but you can still find the Adobe Home Page in their archived forms. On your PC, open Please or Register to view links” and scroll down until you find “Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives”. This is an easy way of downloading APKs directly from our Android smart phone. From here, download the latest version of Flash Player from the list provided (one at the top of the list). After this, copy the APK of this version to your Android device.

    Installing Flash Player
On your Android device, open any file manager/ explorer of your choice and install Flash Player. After this, always make it a point to uncheck “Unknown resources” box in the security settings.

    Using Flash Player
Even after installing Flash Player on your Android phone, you still require a web browser that supports Flash in order to play flash contents. Browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Dolphin browser support Flash Player while Google Chrome for Android doesn’t.
