Closed Globe pocket wifi openline Problem

Naopenline ko na yung Globe pocket wifi ko. pero pag sinaksakan ko ng Smart sa umpisa okay pero maya maya mag coconnecting ayaw ng gumana yung internet sa phone ko. pero pag sa laptop naman okay naman. ano problem nito? help!

Boss bakit hndi mo e try e factory reset by pressing the button sa likod ng tabi nh battery.. hanggat sa eto ay mamatay at magon ulit. Good luck
