on Mobile network Settings > Access Point Names > SMART,

+New APN >
Name: (any)
APN: v.smartads.com.ph

leave the other options, thats all...Then SAVE. Activate and enjoy.

thanks po dito sir pero lahat naman po ng psiphon basta yung may handler working po sya sa smart/tnt mabilis pa pong mag connect, anyway thanks talaga dito sir

Guys, dito ako nag kumuha ng set-up...ito yung set-up na ginagamit sa Psiphon Handler UI

-Use default apn
>Settings<
Remove Port: check/
uncheck
Proxy Type: Host/Real
Host Proxy server: (choose one)
