📌Between 9 pm-11 pm
the time were energy sent to replenish immune system thats why you may feel fearful and havung anxious thoughts.Try reciting positive mantras that make you feel safe and protected.Try also midetation to calm your mind.



📌Between 11 pm-1 Am
associated with energy meridian of gall bladder.
If you are brought awake naturally during this time,it signifies emotional dissapointments.In order to get back from a normal sleep routine,you
must practice forgiveness and self love.


📌Between 1 Am- 3 Am
most common times to be woken up where the meridian servicing the liver is strongest.
Waking up during this time could indicate anger,
anxiety guilt and rage.Feeling of unresolved anger
and resentment could manifest this time.
Try to reflect to the truth on how you really feel.Practice positive self talk.This also indicate that your body has more yang energy.You need to balance it with more ying energy by eating cooling foods and connecting with your emotions

📌Between 3 Am - 5 Am
the meridian that services the lungs is strongest.The lungs are given a boost of energy and replinished
During this time ,your body should be relaxed because waking up this time coyld indicate blockage
or inability to go with the flow and relax
into the direction that life is taking you.Lungs symbolizes gried and sadness,thats why if you're feeling emotional you probably woke up during this time.
Try to release control over events and have faith and trust in the flow of the universe.


📌Between 5 Am- 7 Am
The meridian that flows into large intestine is activated and symbolizes a need to let go and realese control.Since large intestine is responsible for cleaeing body of toxic waste,waking up this time could indicate weakness in this area.It maybe a sign that you need to let go of guilt or burdening emotions.You need to practice mantras,stretching and cleansing your body.
