Closed Paano mo na hahandle ang Emosyon mo ?

If I feel na overwhelmed na ako sa emotions ko, I take a break. I stop whatever I'm doing and just spend some time alone, maybe listen to some music to help me relax. I always think of the consequences that may result from my actions and if alam kong hindi maganda or makakatulong yun, that's when I take a break to calm myself down.
 
Normal lang ang makaramdam ka ng galit My friend. Basta isipin mo lng na kahit sino pa ang kausap mo dpat ay may pag galang. Kung gayun, ay kahit makaramdam ka ng galit ay hindi ka makakapanakit ng kahit sino.
