HELLO AGAIN PHC!
How to spread:
1) Create some kind of fake "currency-generating" program or a "h(a)ck" for a popular game, e.g. a Minecraft ρrémíùm account generator, a GTA V k(e)yg(e)n or a facebook account h(a)cker. The program doesn't actually have to work of course, it is just a trick to spread your RAT. Find a popular game which uses some sort of currency for upgrades, and create a fake program which pretends to add currency to your account. Bind the RAT to the program (and crypt it again to make sure) and then put out a you tube video demonstrating how legitimate your program is and the amazing results it provides. There will almost certainly be people out there who will fall for the fake program, and BOOM, you will have some new bots!
2) RAR files. If you have an interesting programor file, instead of binding the RAT to it, you can get them to run it a different way. Firstly, put the file into a password protected RAR. make the password very hard to ***** or guess. Then, call your RAT something like "Password to file", and put both the RAT and the password protected RAR into another RAR or ZIP file. Simple use YøùTùbé or another download site to advertise the download link, and when the user tried to get the "password", they will actually get a trojan!
3) Torrents. This can be used in conjunction with number 2, download something popular, and bind the RAT to it, then you can host it on any torrent or w(a)rez site and hopefully people will download! Often, you need a trusted account for the w(a)rez site. If someone catches on though, you will end up with comments on your torrent page warning other users. so if possible, disable comments

4) Scan for computers with vulnerable software running, and exploit vulnerabilities to install your RAT. a great tool for scanning is NMap, and an amazing piece of software for exploiting is Metasploit. I cover some basic metasploit usage and examples in my other tutorials, which you can use to install the meterpreter shell or anything else you want - including your RAT!
5) Social engineering. Using sites like Omegle and IM, you can get chatting with a victim, and then ask them for a favour or recommend a great piece of software relevant to their interests. Maybe this will be a program full of ***** girl pics, or the latest and most popular song. Of course, this software will be your RAT - or bound to your RAT. This is known as E Whoring - usually used to make money but can be used to spread your RAT. You can also use forums to spread - advertise some cool new program that will attract attention. If you are using forums, get a bit of a good reputation first - around 50+ posts at least. DON'T USE HF THOUGH! Don't even attempt to scam people into downloading your virus. we don't want these forums filled up with viruses and trojans.
Apparently, another great spreading method for SE is using Garena (You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.). Just make your download look legitimate and people will download it! there are heaps more ways for SE, so just get creative!
6) Malicious webpages. This can include a number of different things such as java drive bys, or local browser exploits. When a victim navigates to your page, their browser will be exploited and your RAT will be installed. You have just owned another bot! You can use pay per visit or pay to click companies to get visitors. There are numerous such companies out there.
7) Start up a basic download site for anything, and just bind your RAT to the software you are hosting. The trick here is to actually get people to visit your site and download the software. You could create a new attractive piece of software that actually works, so that people will begin downloading it and word will spread, and you could bind your RAT to a leeched version of it. That way, your reputation wont be damaged if the RAT is discovered, and you can get some legitimate income from the product you have made at the same time
8) You can also use an "auto spreader" to spread your worm, which could be bots on omegle, or a virus which can email itself, etc, and download the RAT on all infected computers.
9) Buy some bots or pay someone else to spread your RAT. That's pretty self explanatory. You might be able to find something like this offered in the buyers/services section.
10) Facebook. I saw this interesting method somewhere else, and thought you might be interested. Basically you post a message similar to this, these messages typically get quite a bit of momentum and attention:
Everyone! This is a must read! Mark Zuckerburg has decided to clear some inactive Facebook accounts. Do the following steps to keep your account safe!
1. Download the following program endorsed by Facebook (*********** download link here)
2. Run the program. It will send a report to Facebook saying that you are active, but still not safe until you do #3
3. Post this on five other photos. When Facebook sees that you have posted FIVE, you will be safe. It is good to spread this to more than five pages, and even your friends. You wouldn't want their Facebook accounts being shut down, would you?

Stand up against the NSA and other countries spying on us! Take a stand for privacy! Sign this electronic partition and make your mark on the future of this world!

11) Physical Spreading. This involves physically running the RAT on someones computer that you have access to - a friend, workmate, fellow student, etc. This is quite a low method - why would you want to RAT your friends??? but it works anyway, so i thought i'd include it. This also includes putting your rat on a flash drive or CD and leaving it somewhere for others to find and hopefully run. You can either put your RAT in the autorun (which won't work on flash drives past windows XP) or call it something interesting that will attract attention - like photoshop.exe
