4. Restart UltraSurf
5. Wait until connect to server
6. Okay na yan

Option 2: Using Internet Speed H a c k
Procedures

3. Extract the downloaded rar file.
4. Run as administrator.
5. Choose the "65Mbit/s (max)"

Option 3: Using Web Proxy

Procedures

Proxifier Portable (Ready to Use)

1. D*wnload and extract the *.rar file.
2. Open Proxifier
3. Go to Profile > Proxification Rules...

4. Click Add...

5. Browse the application. e.g.(Online game app, T o r r e n t, etc.)

6. Then Click OK > OK
7. You can now open the application. Minimize the Proxifier.

Try niyo po lagay sa UTorrent ang Proxy na 203.177.42.214:8080 tapos Listening Port is 9666 mga boss ... hanggang 500+ kb/s abot ng DL speed ko

Sige po boss ... tsaka HTTP po yung sa Proxy Type tapos uncheck lang yung 3 sa taas na mga nakacheck ...that is all ...

Try po ninyo ilagay ang 203.177.42.214:8080 instead na 127.0.0.1:9666 sa browser boss kahit failed si UltraSurf ... working pa rin pati rin sa T*rrent ..

Ganyan setting ng T*rrent boss sa Listening Port po pwede 9666 or Random Port lang ...
Tapos kailangan meron na po kayong na DL na part ng file na gusto po ninyong iDL para gumana siya ... so pwede po na connect muna kayo sa globe default prepaid setting para makakuha ng seeds tsaka peers (wala muna proxy setting).. pagmataas na po (e.g.) 20 of 100 connected, change connection sa You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. You don't need to use default prepaid then switch to proxy server.
Tsaka yung attachment file ko 14 lang yung seeders nung diniDL ko nun.
Basta ganito gawin niyo, open the uTorrent, just wait for a while to connect it to the peers and seeders. Talagang matagal lang magconnect kasi authentication ginagawa niya.

Wow! Working and tested. So solved na yung problem ko sa Option 1. Instead of using the latest version, use the 13.04 version. Mabilis nga talaga siyang kumonek sa server. plus dinownload ko yung add-on sa hola.org para maaccess ung websites na di naaaceess ni UltraSurf and mas bumilis ang web browsing ko nung ginamitan ko ng Hola.

Anyways, ung uTorrent naman po ang problema ko, so far using Proxifier, ok siya, gumagana, however, kapag UltraSurf, hindi xa nagdad*wnload kahit na naset ko na yung Proxy Settings na nasa Page 1. as to current experience, nice ang Proxifier pangd*wnload and UltraSurf for browsing.

So far ito palang ang maximum speed na naabot ng Torr*nt ko. Di na masama. Haha. Almost 600kbps. Salamat talaga yus15. Proxifier gamit ko neto guys.

Normal lang ba talga ito kasi hindi ko magamit yung Proxifier or UltraSurf kapag nangyayari ito kailangan pang ubusin yung daily allowance ko na 1G para gumana yung APN. Ginagamit ko yung allowance ko sa online games kasi hindi ko magamit yun Proxy sa online gaming. Ano gagawin ko para gumana yung APN? Tingin niyo kaya yung Pocket WiFi ko yung may problema. Solved ko na yung problem ko sa Torr*nt. Chineck ko kung anong Proxy Server ang gamit ng Proxifier, and i found out na instead of HTTP, dapat HTTPS. Ito proof na gumagana na Torr*nt ko using UltraSurf. Although mas mabilis pa rin sa Proxifier.

Use Proxifier mas mabilis maka-connect and be patient dahil ngayong mas maraming nang nakakaalam ng trick na ito over crowded na yung Proxy server. Paulit-ulit mong i-connect if Error Code 500 you have to wait until un-peek hours,. Probably 11 pm until 6 am~9am

nagagamit ko na connectify dati sa laptop ko pg gusto ko i.share internet wireless. gnagawa kong hotspot ung Laptop ko. Pwede ba to anti-capping? meron pa akong program ng connectify ung unang version pa at alam ko din pano idisable sa hostfile para di mg download.
