Closed Help, Moms new Huawei e5573cs-933 wont turn on or even charge

Mom dont use it much often so i decided to leave it on for the battery but when i got back to it and pressed the switch button it wont work any more, no lights, no wifi, no everything. We bought it last month and now its just a brick. What should i do to bring it back?
