Mga mam/sir, sabi po ng teacher namin sa programming, ang pag aaralan po namin is about C programming, ngayon pinagawa niya po kami ng flowchart, ask ko lang po ba kung tama ba yung sinabi nya na kapag alam mo na daw gumawa ng flowchart, hindi ka na mahihirapan sa pag coding? naguguluhan po kasi ako hanggang ngayon.

I agree. If you truly know flow-charting, alam mo na din kung paano mag-decide ang CPU. So yeah, masterin mo flow-charting, then followed by the semantics of your chosen language. C is a very good language, especially if you really want to know how the computer works at the lowest level.
