Diving into programming career is something hard when you have no machine. Most of the resources are published via web and you can only simulate it via machine/Computer. I mean, how would you code without an IDE and other tools when you have no machine to install these tools. Find a scholarship dude. Theres a lot of schools offering a free schooling. Some offers a free schooling for your services like janitorial, errands during your vacant hours. Some for maintaining a certain marking per subject. Some are full free offered by a politician. Some are beneficiaries of a parish priest scholarship. Those are your options.

nong nagsimula ako sa android development ts, phone lang gamit ko. download ka ng AIDE ts, java console at pang android dev luma nga lang. activity vs appcompatactivity ng android studio. pero halos wala namang pinag iba ang ibang components nila. AIDE WEB para sa html, css at javascript, androPhp o penguin server para sa php at mysql, c# shell para sa c# console, pydroid 3 para sa python3 (tkinter ang gui pero pwede mo ring i download ang plugin ng para sa pyQt)

laptop ko ts baka mas mahal pa ang phone mo. laptop ko gamit ko pa nong senior high ako, 8200 pesos bili ko. 2nd hand. asus, i3, 8gb ang ram, 500 gb ang rom. windows 10, ok naman ang android studio mabagal nga lang. visual studio 2017, ok rin naman.
