Closed Retrieving data from SD Card ...

Hello, regarding po sa SD Card and Arduino.
I have tried a code and it works pero bago po makuha yung mga data readings kailangan pa pong itransfer yung SD Card to PC, so need ko pong makuha yung data from the SD card without removing the SD card itself from the module.

So far, lahat po nung mga na search ko ay same way po yung paggawa which is need tanggalin muna yung SD Card from the module then transfer the data to the PC.
May mga alternatives naman po at yun yung paggamit ng terminal programs like TeraTerm, PuTTY, etc.
Meron din po yung program na PLX-DAQ which gets data from the Arduino then saves it into a excel format.

Pero I plan to use SD card as its 'mini database' more or less, is there a way for it to work or kailangan na po talaga gamitin yung mga alternatives?

Need mo gumawa ng api na magcall from arduino na mag fefetch ng data from local db to sddb vice versa. Hindi ako maalam sa arduino codes pero feel ko yan ang need na logic para hindi n kailangan alisin pa sd sa arduino. Or kung d pwede yan gamitan ng putty para magkaron ng either scheduled update from sddb to localdb vice versa or manual update sa both sides.
