This is basically gives you the option to change the nodes list in the index page, and show nodes in two columns, instead of the standard list.

You will have a new setting in the node edit page. This option will let you choose to show the node as a column or not.
In other words, it doesn't show all nodes in columns, but just the nodes you choose to. You can organize it in the way you prefer. Even nested columns are possible, as shown in the screenshot.

Notes:

1. For now the grid is limited to two columns only. More columns will require very wide screen resolution, considering the need to support the responsive design and narrow screens, I decided it won't be smart to show more than two columns.
2. As a result of few limitations, I can add the setting to the default node types only. Custom node types will not have this setting. If you need it for a custom node type, please contact me for help.

Pros:

1. Set any [default] node type side by side (forum, category, etc..).
2. You can choose specific nodes to be side by side.
3. Built-in responsive support.
