papatulong lang po ako kung paano ko matatanggal yung auto dimming ng smart tv ko
nabasa ko po sa internet na issue na pala talaga ng samsung ang auto dimming sa mga smart tv nila
may tutorial sa google pero hindi padin nawawala yung auto dimming na yan.
please pa help po
di ko po mapanuod bg maayos yung mga.movie gawa ng auto dimming na yan
..

kumg malapit lang ang store na pinagbilhan mo ts mas sure kung humingi ka sa kanila ng advise about sa question mo or baka may contact # yung store na nakalagay sa receipt mo eh try to call na lang ts.

Fixing a Samsung TV Dimming Problem

To change the “Energy Saving” settings, follow these steps.

Press the menu button on the remote control, then select “Picture”
In the “Picture” section, the first selection is “Mode”. You should see it set to “Standard”.

Press the enter button, you will go to a sub-menu that has “Eco Solution” as one of the choices. Use the directional arrows to navigate to this choice and press enter.

In the “Eco Solution” sub-menu, use the directional arrows to navigate to “Energy Saving” and press enter.

Use the directional arrows to toggle this setting to “Off”, then press enter.
Next, navigate to the “Eco Sensor” setting and press enter.

Toggle this setting to “Off”, then press enter.
Exit out of the menu.

malapit lang naman po kasi busy po kasi ako sa work e
try ko tingnan yung receipt kung may contact number sila din

Baka me problema sa backlight. Isa sa mga LED backlight me problema na. Ang mga slim tv set ngayon, unlike yung naunang mga modelo na CFL o U-type flourescent light pa ang gamit eh me naka-series na high light density LEDs sa dalawang gilid nito. Para syang christmas lights na pag napundi isa, di na iilaw lahat (series connection). Pwedeng me cold solder o yung pinaghihinangan ng paa ng isang sa mga LED eh gapok na. Pero kung di ka naman talaga gumagawa o naka experience na magbaklas ng smart tv, better to send to a professional tv repairman. Eto eh palagay ko lang, maaaring me iba pang dahilan. But most of the time, yan ang sakit ng Samsung Smart tv.
