Actually, malaki ang pinagkaiba ng dalawang field na 'to.

Computer Science focuses more on hardcore programming. Back-end yan palagi. Coding is life. Isang maling galaw, sira ang system, whilst;
Information Technology naman ay mas malawak. Focused mainly sa front-end. Though madalas din magcode, pero ang aim is to build a software or website na magagamit ng maayos.
