Paano po change ng profile pic and pano po maging established member? Pls notice me

Need Established member first.

Basic requirements:

1. User has posted at least 30 post
2. User has been registered for at least 30 days
3. User is associated with any of the external account providers (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo, GitHub) at least one only.

• Maintain 5 post every 30 days period to keep your account on Established Group.

Note:
Also, it can take up to an hour for the promotion to happen
(there is an hourly process that checks for promotions for users that have visited the site recently).
